When Krysten and I founded Shasta Signings in 2020, we set out to solve a problem we kept hearing about. Scheduling a notary could be easy; but missed deadlines, unclear or absent communication, and a lack of professionalism created stress, threatened client relationships, and delayed closings. We wanted to build a solution that finally gave the teams we supported a genuine edge.
We built our service model around what many didn’t realize they could consistently have: on-brand professionalism; proactive communication; and a system designed to deliver reliable accurate results. Most teams didn’t just need a notary; they needed a partner who understood their workflow and could function as an indispensable extension of their team.
