When Krysten and I founded Shasta Signings in 2020, we set out to solve a problem we kept hearing about from real estate professionals.
While scheduling a notary was easy, finding a notary and team who represented their brand with professionalism and accuracy was not.
Missed deadlines, incomplete signings, and poor communication weren’t just inconveniences, they threatened client relationships and delayed closings. We were inspired to build a solution that gave the teams I was supporting a genuine edge.
We built Shasta Signings around what our clients told us they needed most: reliability, proactive communication, and quality control that protects their reputation. What started locally has grown through trust and word of mouth into a nationwide network of professionals who share those same values.

As Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of Shasta Signings, I’m committed to delivering more than just notary services — we’re here to build lasting partnerships rooted in trust, professionalism, and care. With a background in systems management and team development, I guide our company with a focus on proactive communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and long-term vision.
At Shasta Signings, we believe that every transaction is an opportunity to support individual dreams — whether it’s a first-time homebuyer, an escrow officer building a business, or a family managing an estate. My role is to ensure our operations run smoothly, teams feel supported, and our clients experience the highest level of service, every time.
